Most screen replacements take about an hour or less. Battery swaps are even faster — typically 45 minutes. More complex repairs like liquid damage can take 1–2 days. We'll give you an honest time estimate when you bring it in.

Yes. Back glass repair is available on iPhone 8 through iPhone 17. The rear glass on modern iPhones is fused with the chassis, which makes it more involved — but we handle it regularly.

Yes — when done correctly. Face ID relies on the TrueDepth sensor array, which is separate from the screen itself. As long as the sensor isn't physically damaged, Face ID will continue working after a proper screen replacement. We're careful about this.

Get it to us as fast as possible. Don't charge it, don't try to turn it on, and don't stick it in rice — that's a myth that wastes time. The faster we can clean the corrosion off the components, the better your chances of a full recovery.
