Yes — upgrade any time and the difference will be prorated for the current billing period. Just let us know at the counter or contact us online.
When you bring in a device as a member, your repair moves to the front of the queue. VIP members get expedited service — your repair is the most urgent job on the bench.
We install and actively manage antivirus software on your device — remotely or in-store. It includes threat monitoring and a virus-free guarantee: if anything slips through, we clean it at no charge.
