However, INTENSIVE system diagnostics, repair of a crashed operating system, badly configured hardware, previous repair attempts, hardware problems/failures, or hard drive/SSD/internal storage (storage device) testing on a possible bad, faulty drive can “stress out” the storage device which can, in rare situations result in data damage, where the integrity of the data may become compromised and potentially irretrievable. By authorizing Fixoid to work on your device, Customer releases Fixoid from any and all damages that may result from loss of data. Fixoid makes no warranty or guarantee as to the success of its attempts to repair /save my storage device/ recover data. Furthermore, Customer releases Fixoid from any liability for any data loss which may occur during, or as a result of, this procedure, or from theft, loss, damage or destruction of your device or any other hardware or software delivered to Fixoid in connection with this Waiver. ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS. Fixoid is not responsible for additional problems that are preexisting but not discovered by customer or issues that in rare cases occur during repair. Repair of additional issues will be at the customer’s expense, with approval. All charges must be paid before equipment will be returned to the owner. You agree to hold Fixoid harmless for any damage or claim for the abandoned property. Any and all charges are still the customer’s responsibility. ALL CLAIMS FOR LIABILITY AND/OR LOSS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF ANY FIXOID ACTION (OR INACTION) ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED.
