Yes. Bring it in and we'll take a look. If we can fix it, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you straight. We've seen a lot of unusual devices over 25 years — chances are it's not the first time.
It depends on the device and what's wrong. Simple repairs are often same-day. More complex jobs, or anything that needs sourced parts, can take a few days to a week. We'll give you an honest timeline when we diagnose it.
We'll tell you honestly. If the repair cost doesn't make sense compared to replacement value, we'll say so. We're not in the business of taking your money for repairs that don't make sense.
Yes — that's most of what we do. Manufacturer warranties are short, and we've been fixing out-of-warranty devices since day one. We're not affiliated with any manufacturer, which means we can repair things they won't touch.
