We don't hold phones longer than we need to. Most iPhone repairs are diagnosed and completed the same day you bring it in — sometimes while you wait. If it's going to take longer, we'll tell you upfront before anything starts.

Water damage and board-level work take longer because we diagnose thoroughly before touching anything. Rushing those repairs makes them worse — we'd rather take the time and get it right.

Common questions.

No — not if it's done right. Face ID is tied to the original TrueDepth camera module, not the screen. A proper screen replacement doesn't touch the Face ID system. We preserve the original front module on every repair and test Face ID before the phone goes back.
Almost always yes. A screen replacement costs significantly less than a new iPhone in most cases. Even on older models the math usually works out — but we'll give you an honest assessment. If it doesn't make sense to fix, we'll tell you straight.
If a new cable doesn't fix it, the issue is almost always the charging port itself or a charge IC fault on the board. The port is a straightforward repair. The charge IC is board-level work — but we do it. Bring it in and we'll diagnose which one it is before touching anything.
Don't turn it on — that's the most important thing. Even iPhones with IP ratings fail after repeated or prolonged exposure. Powering up a wet board causes short circuits that create the real damage. Bring it in as soon as possible so we can clean the board properly.

Screen replacements and battery swaps are usually done same day or next business day. Charging ports and cameras are typically 1–2 days. Board-level work and liquid damage depends on what we find — we'll give you a realistic timeline when we diagnose it.
Yes — we work on iPhones going back to the early models. Parts availability gets thinner on older devices but we source what we can. Bring it in and we'll tell you what's possible.
Your data stays on your phone — we don't access it and most repairs don't require a factory reset. That said, we always recommend backing up your iPhone before any repair. If something goes wrong unexpectedly, a backup means nothing is lost.
