Almost always yes. A screen replacement costs significantly less than a new phone in most cases. The math gets closer on older devices, but we'll give you an honest read — if it doesn't make sense to fix, we'll tell you straight.
Don't turn it on — that's the most important thing. Powering up a wet board causes short circuits that create the real damage. Don't put it in rice either. Bring it in as soon as possible so we can clean the board and assess it properly.
If a new cable doesn't fix it, the issue is almost always either the charging port itself or a charge IC fault on the board. The port is a straightforward repair. The charge IC is board-level work — but we do it. Bring it in and we'll diagnose which one it is.

Screen replacements and battery swaps are usually done same day or next business day. Charging ports and cameras are typically 1–2 days. Board-level work and liquid damage depends on what we find — we'll give you a realistic timeline when we diagnose it.
Not if it's done right. Face ID is tied to the original front module on iPhones — we're careful to preserve that during screen repairs. A proper screen replacement should not affect Face ID.
"Can't fix" is rarely the right question — it's more about whether it makes sense to fix. We're always transparent about what's wrong and what it'll cost. If it genuinely doesn't make financial sense, we'll tell you straight and help you figure out the best path.
