What if two hours isn't enough to fix everything?+
For most visits, two hours covers everything on the list. If something needs more time or shop equipment — board-level repairs, large data transfers, parts that need ordering — we take the device in and bring it back at no extra labor charge.
What types of repairs can be done on-site?+
Software issues, virus removal, slow computer diagnostics, network setup, printer setup, data transfers, hardware upgrades, smart home setup, and more. Board-level or complex hardware repairs typically need to come back to the shop.
Can I book for multiple devices?+
Yes — that's the whole point. Bring your full list and we'll work through as much as we can in the two-hour block. Got a printer, a slow laptop, and a WiFi issue? Great — that's a normal visit for us.
Do I need to be home during the visit?+
Yes — we need someone present to let us in, answer questions about the issues, and sign off when we're done. For business visits, any authorized staff member works.
What's included in the flat rate?+
The flat rate covers the full two-hour visit, all diagnosis, and all labor. Parts are the only extra cost — and we'll always quote you before ordering anything.
What if my device needs to go to the shop?+
If something can't be resolved on-site, we take it back to the shop, fix it, and return it to you — all covered under your original visit price. No extra labor charges.
How far out are bookings typically available?+
Most bookings are available within 1–3 business days. Same-day visits are available on a case-by-case basis — select that option when booking and we'll confirm availability.
What's your cancellation policy?+
You can reschedule or cancel anytime before your visit through the booking confirmation link. No fees, no hassle.
