Public sector partners get priority service. Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours of receiving the device. Larger batches may take longer but we'll give you a timeline upfront.
Yes. We offer pickup and delivery for agencies in our service area. If you're outside our zone, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can mail devices in.
We treat every agency device with discretion. Chain of custody is logged from pickup to return, and we never access data outside of what's necessary for the repair. Your data stays yours.
Absolutely. Most of our public sector partners have internal IT teams. We're not here to replace them — we're the overflow when the queue gets long or the repair is outside their scope.
Public sector partners get preferred rates based on volume. We'll discuss pricing during your onboarding call and put everything in writing before any work begins.
