No. Walk in to either location any day we're open and we'll assess your Mac right away. Vancouver or Portland — just show up.

Yes — every Apple Silicon generation. MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, iMac, Mac Studio, Mac Pro. M1, M2, M3, M4. If it runs Apple Silicon, we repair it.

Screens, batteries, keyboards — typically same day or next day. Logic board work and data recovery can take 3–5 days depending on complexity. We give you a real timeframe before we start, not a vague estimate.

Depends on the repair and the model. Bring it in and we'll give you a firm quote before we touch anything. You will never see a bill you didn't agree to.

Power it off immediately, don't charge it, and bring it in as fast as you can. Speed makes a real difference. We do board-level ultrasonic cleaning and corrosion treatment — not just a dry-out and hope-for-the-best.

In most repairs, your data stays completely untouched. If an OS reinstall is needed, we back up and transfer your data back before handing it over — so you leave with everything intact. We'll always let you know upfront if your data is involved in any way.

Honestly, there's very little we can't fix — it's really just a matter of cost, time, and parts availability. We'll always be upfront with you: if the repair isn't cost-effective we'll tell you straight, and we can still help recover your data from a non-functional machine. No pressure, no upsell.
