Lightning or USB-C port loose, won't charge, or debris packed in. Port access requires opening the iPad — we reseal it properly every time.

Bent frame or cracked back panel. Accessing the frame means removing the screen and resealing with adhesive.

Blurry shots, cracked lens, or a camera that won't open. Camera access requires opening the iPad — everything resealed clean before pickup.

Stuck, unresponsive, or missing. Requires opening the iPad. Touch ID restored where supported.

Unlike phones, almost every iPad repair requires removing the screen and resealing with adhesive — which needs time to cure. The repair itself takes 1–3 hours, but we always let it seal overnight. Drop it off early and there's a chance you get it back same day — but we never want to promise that. We also do mail-in repairs.
