Most common repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports — are done same-day, usually within a few hours. More complex jobs like board-level work or data recovery may take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate before we start.
Nope — walk in anytime during business hours. No appointment needed. If you want to reserve a specific time slot you can use our Start Repair page, but it's not required.
We always recommend backing up your device before any repair, but we treat your data with care. Our techs work on the hardware, not your files. We never access personal data as part of our repair process.
If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair. We'll tell you what we found, what it would take, and give you an honest recommendation — even if that means pointing you somewhere else.
Yes — all repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor. If something we fixed fails, bring it back. We stand behind our work.
Often yes — turn it off immediately and bring it in as soon as possible. Do not try to charge it or put it in rice. Water damage repair success depends heavily on how quickly we can clean the board and assess the damage.
