Screen Replacement
Cracked glass, dead pixels, backlight failure, touch not responding. Surface screens are laminated displays — the glass, digitizer, and panel are fused together, which makes replacement more involved than most tablets.
Battery Replacement
Drains fast, won't hold a charge, shuts off unexpectedly, swollen battery. Surface batteries are soldered and held with adhesive — more involved than a phone but very much doable. A replacement brings your Surface back to full use.
Charging Port & Connector Repair

Microsoft Surface Screen Replacement
A cracked Surface screen is the repair we see most. Unlike most tablets, Surface uses a fully laminated display — the glass, touch digitizer, and LCD or OLED panel are fused together. This makes replacement more involved, but it also means a properly done repair looks and feels exactly like new.
Battery & Charging Port Repair
Surface batteries are larger than phone batteries but degrade the same way — draining faster, shutting off unexpectedly, or swelling under the back panel. Surface also uses both the proprietary magnetic Surface Connect port and USB-C — we diagnose which is the issue before replacing anything.
Overheating & Thermal Repair
Surface running hot, throttling, fan constantly running, or shutting down under load. Older Surface Pro models use fanless designs that rely entirely on thermal paste and heat pipes — when those degrade, performance tanks and the device runs dangerously hot. We clean and retherm before it causes permanent damage to the board.
Water & Liquid Damage Repair
Surfaces get wet — spilled on, caught in the rain, dropped near water. Surfaces have no water resistance at all. Don't turn it on and don't put it in rice. Bring it in as soon as possible so we can clean the board at the component level before corrosion spreads.

Water damage and board-level work take longer because we diagnose thoroughly before touching anything. We'll always give you a realistic timeline before we start.
